Overall experience has been positive. Big culture shift following acquisition by Salesforce, which has had mixed results in terms of org structure, incentive, etc.

Salesforce isn't for everyone. Compensation and benefits are world-class but you're absolutely just a cog in the machine. Managers care primarily about upward mobility and in-general I felt it to be a fairly selfish environment.
