Salesforce has a terrible GTM strategy with Slack and they are bringing in more and more Salesforce employees and leaders that are ruining the culture. Slack culture used to be amazing, but now we're just part of the "Ohana" and it's terrible.

While the product is excellent and superior to any competitor out there, breaking into new accounts is extremely difficult & it's hard to justify the price/compete with Teams in a budget-conscious market. Current Employee3.0Jun 20, 2024It was much better as Slack before Salesforce. I would not recommend Enterprise sales at Slack. Mid-Market / SMB would be better options until Salesforce Core takes over Slack sales completely
