Slack was a fantastic place to work before they were bought by Salesforce. Salesforce has a terrible GTM strategy with Slack and they are bringing in more and more Salesforce employees and leaders that are ruining the culture. Slack culture used to be amazing, but now we're just part of the "Ohana" and it's terrible.

Things were better when Slack wasn’t owned by Salesforce. Earnings potential has sadly plummeted.
