Integration of Slack at Salesforce has been a failure. Every Slack leader in every business unit in every country has left. 80% of historical slack sellers are gone. And no synergy has been found between slack and salesforce be it on the marketing side or on the product side and more importantly on the seller side. the competition with Microsoft has not been tackled by Salesforce. It seems that slack is no longer an opportunity for salesforce. Maybe an optional product that salesforce will put in its sales bundles.

Slack is an incredible product and when customers and prospects understand it, we win against Microsoft. The biggest challenege is that Salesforce doesn't always seem to understand Slack and we are not always aligned with the Salesforce team.
