The organization clearly lacks day to day leadership from the c-suite and broken processes are met with bandaid solutions that leave customers and employees wanting for a more long-term fix to systemic problems. Otherwise, the product is great. The people are mostly good human beings to be around. And the comp and incentive structure is average and livable but nothing to call home about as you can make more money elsewhere.

There is clearly a strong product market fit in the data that Similarweb provides is incredibly powerful.
