It's fine if you have little/no experience and need to get your foot in the door. They seriously underpay compared to the advertised salary though. Office culture is fine, just play politics.

My overall experience was pretty good. The pay is well below market value, but most people tend to hit targets and the culture is good so you ignore the pay for awhile. Great starting out point in your career because of the investment into your training and the need in the market will give you lots of opportunity to fail and grow.

My overall experience here was based on the Retail Sales group. There were many things great about this company, however there was some sexism coming from the top of this particular group when I was in it.

Unfortunately, SPS will raise your quota to the extreme when you hit over 100% the previous year to avoid paying you out in accelerators. I hit over 150% in 2023, and they raised my quota by 258% for 2024 with the same OTE as 2023.

As the years went on, they asked us to continue to sell more with less and made it challenging for sales to increase their earnings and hit quota. Great culture and team. Best product in the space, with evolutions as needed. SPS leans more to work life balance and culture than it does to high pay, but I think they balance that well and the pay is fair.

I’ve enjoyed working here and have done fairly well. I was very disappointed with my updated unachievable quota. This even happened after I lost many accounts. It will be hard to make money with the compensation package offered.
