My overall experience was very negative - poor, unprofessional middle management and top reps consistently discouraged with no internal growth. New metrics and ROE changes occur on a weekly basis, leaving reps scrambling and burned out. Lack of internal promotions for SDRs is a huge issue. While I learned a lot here, I am not sure it was worth the mental anguish + micromanagement I received towards the end of my tenure.

Great experience. An extremely chaotic environment where stucture and team size changes often. Huge potential with product market fit but focus on profitability hurting long term career progression opportunities.

It is such a thrill to work at Shopify. The company has a great culture and I love to work with all of the great CPG companies. Being able to attend the conferences is actually great, they are very fun!
