SDR quotas are insane causing the team to focus on volume not quality. That said, everyone knows who we are.

Comp is competitive. Tracking deals for channels & alliances is highly manual. Splits and sourced crediting are highly subjective and often disputed. Quotas can be > $100M in overlay roles.
