Layoffs? Anyone have any insight into the potential reduction in force at ServiceNow like scope or teams impacted?

I live in San Diego and applied to the SDR role awhile back - anyone know when positions will open/new cohort dates? I felt like last year there was a new hire cohort every other month!

Interviewing for a client director role. Are the healthcare or professional services verticals good places to land? Can you expect year over year linearity in these roles or is it boom or bust? Any POV on negotiation / flexibility of OTE is appreciated as well.

I am interviewing for the “technical account manager role” and see that the base pay range is $137,440 - $226,880. Does anyone know what the actual pay is for this role? That seems like a very big salary range.

I work at a CX competitor in mid-market, and we usually win over SN in CX, and most of the time in IT. I am also in a big manufacturing state, and IT teams are small. I see two Sr AE's positions, one in the CX space and the other in Healthcare? How does servicenow perform in these industries?
