ServiceNow stands out as an exceptional company, driven by visionary leadership that embodies a 'Dream Big' ethos, palpably reflected in their innovative product launches. ServiceNow offers a versatile workflow solution tailored to every industry, simplifying the sales process across diverse verticals and territories. It's worth noting that sales cycles tend to be extensive (my longest sales cycle was 18 months!), and while ServiceNow may not be the most budget-friendly option, the key lies in emphasizing its inherent value.

I can only speak for SLED and the general consensus of everyone I worked with in this vertical at ServiceNow as an AE or SC. The culture here has gone steeply downhill in the last few years. I came from Oracle - it has a reputation for being brutal to work for. I can confidently say ServiceNow has far surpassed Oracle in this regard. The pressure here from management...Read More

Great executive leadership and innovation. Great culture. Overall platform is excellent but severely lacking in brand awareness outside of traditional IT. Marketing needs to improve - zero inbound leads outside of IT solutions for sellers.
