Overall, working at ServiceNow was a great experience. You can progress through the ranks if you work hard, and managers are pretty decent. My primary complaint is the bottleneck between total available seats for the DSR position. I was in the inside training program, performing well, only to be given information that the company hired 5 people externally to fill the role. I was one of 20+ people in this training program, and it was disappointing to hear that leadership decided to select candidates outside the company instead of the quality SDR's who were trained and invested in. The hiring/training leaders did not inform anyone that they were interviewing externally until the last day of the training program. That left a bad taste in my mouth. However, if you are looking to get into tech sales, this is truly a great company and I would recommend. Just be aware of the competitiveness internally and externally.
