Channel attainment is lackluster since historically ServiceNow focuses on direct sales. It is challenging for new partners to break into the space and work with sales teams without previous relationships. There is an emphasis on partners sourcing licensing deals and bringing to SN, but smaller regional partners have less capacity to do so
