Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was very positive at Sense until clients began to churn en masse in 2023. This caused the organization to panic, scramble, and put all of their efforts into new projects, rather than strengthening the integrity of legacy systems, which began to fail on a regular basis, causing more churn.
