My overall experience was very eye-opening. It taught me to relentlessly vet out the next org I joined, although it's easy for management to lie during the interview process. What I learned after joining Sense: Not a single Enterprise rep there has hit quota. Ever. In the first 2 quarters of 2023, the Enterprise team closed one (1) deal in the high 5-figures. This is across a team of 9 reps who each have a 7-figure quota.

My direct co-workers are great to work with but the constant pressure and getting let go even when your a top-performer is overwhelming. The outlook on the company isn't great and leadership doesn't seem to care about professional development, just how much money you're going to make them.
