A great place to get your feet wet with prospecting. Rewards those that are willing to put the extra work in, and boost your resume quickly. Growth pot. tends to trail off once an AE -> no real upwards trajectory, as structure is severely lacking. Very top-heavy, where the ones they want to succeed, will. The others, deal with unqualified opps 75% of the time. A full pipe will be full of recycled fluff from other reps who quit/were let-go. Great for experience, and there are some good folks in the mix. Much higher paying roles elsewhere though.

Seamless.ai was a very solid company. They rely almost exclusively on cold call list made by the devops team for the SDR's to call on so if you didn't have a good list you were going to have a bad month. The culture as a whole was good and the room for growth is definitely there!

I am very introverted but this job helped me break out of my shell, I learned a ton and made a good bit of $ along the way! I always use to be a bit timid/shy, etc. but I learned to face and overcome objections in this role which increased my inner worth or just my confidence in general.
