Product is a great fit in the market, Syndigo is certainly an industry leader. Lots of leadership turnover, which results in lots of changes for comp plans and GTM strategy. Alignment between teams could use improvement as well. Overall it's a great place to work, but compensation is lower than other software companies in similar markets.

2024 Targets were positioned in a bottoms up manner and were widely attained across commercial. 2025 has had more challenges.
