I am very introverted but this job helped me break out of my shell, I learned a ton and made a good bit of $ along the way! I always use to be a bit timid/shy, etc. but I learned to face and overcome objections in this role which increased my inner worth or just my confidence in general. Sales is sales, but I leaned in and embraced it and made some good money. Anything worth doing requires a lot of effort, but if you put in the work at this company, it will really reward ya. Culture/team is 10/10. Virtual role so take that as you will!

The company does not care about the employees. You will be fired for doing nothing and they call it a management decision. The lack of stability is mentally draining.

Great company and great product but lacks in pay as well as continuous training for longer tenured SDRs.
