Toxic family culture that emphasizes too much on the family. Much of an SDR sweatshop as your incentives are only based on meetings held, not booked. High turnover but most people are okay. Communication internally is very terrible between AEs and SDRs. If you’re looking for a company that care about your success too. Idk about this one. The managers are prettt great though and they’re helpful.

Time was great, it was what I expected. A sales role working remote. That said, I was surprised by how nice everyone was. Prior to Seamless. I came from a semi hostile environment and so this was a bresh of fresh air. Diversity and inclusion is a big factor in the jobs i've considered before in the past. I felt included at events and with my coworkers, they do a good job of hiring nice (and talented) people.
