I've been in sales for a lot of years, but I was looking for a change with the ability to work remote. The commission structure is very generous and I've been able to have some months makes 12K. The management has done a great job at coaching us to make sure we are doing the best job possible!

You can learn a lot. Most SDR's are doing 400+ dials a day which is absolutely absurd to me. They turn and burn sdr's like its nothing. Commission is terrible, benefits are terrible. Seamless.ai was a very solid company. They rely almost exclusively on cold call list made by the devops team for the SDR's to call on so if you didn't have a good list you were going to have a bad month. The culture as a whole was good and the room for growth is definitely there!
