My overall experience was subpar. Although I was able to hit quota, there were a vast majority of coworkers that would lose their job in under a month. The director level and VP level leaders are AWFUL, and treat everyone beneath them like a number. The managers however, are heaven sent. As long as you hit quota (not the easiest) and make around 600 dials a day, you should still have a job! Extremely high turnover rate, but you will learn sales QUICKLY.

The leadership here is nothing but sales people. They believe in hire fast and fire faster. They don’t understand business and are eventually going to fail because of it.

This is a great place if you are looking to get saas experience and then move onto a new company. Workflows are unsustainable and inefficient. BDRs at other companies have similar quotas with about 1/4 of the work. Everything is micromanaged and you have to do things their way no matter how inefficient it is.
