Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Samsara is a good company. Room for growth and “#1 in the space”. Still in a little bit of hyper growth though which is making management externally higher like crazy. Account books get smaller and smaller by the quarter making it more difficult to hit number. If you are willing to grind and outbound like an SDR you can still be successful but things have for sure changed. OTE I would say is on the lower end in terms of industry standard and then if you ask about it they will say “well that’s because every overachieves so much”. Well, they used to be the case but you don’t see reps doing those kind of numbers anymore. Good company but it’s not perfect Former Employee Great product fit and company.
