Great culture and company. You do not get micromanaged like most sales roles. Pay is under for a fixed account book with almost a 1mm quota “mid market”. But your work life balance, ability to hit quota, and selling the most innovative product in the space/industry makes up for the lower average pay. I’m at OTE in 6 months as a top performer.
