What does the ramp period look like for an Enterprise AE role at Samsara? Roughly how long is ramp and do you get paid commission during ramp? (Is it a fixed guarantee, is it metrics based etc).

Did Samsara lower their MM AE OTE, again? Now I'm seeing under $120k on the low end of their range. I believe it was closer to $136k previously. Am I wrong or missing something?

What is the current attainment in the Mid Market AE role? I’ve heard a mixed bag and not sure what to think

I was always told Samsara was one of those top tech companies to sell for as an AE....but after reading recent review here/glassdoor doesnt seem to be the case at all....Is the commercial AE role here a good place to sell or is boileroom-ish since its all outbound and very high quotas??

Are the recent Glassdoor reviews true that Samsara is becoming toxic and now a risky place to work? I used to think of Samara as a one of the top places to sell for with an amazing demand. Many of the recent reviews on Glassdoor (legit not the 4-word reviews) say its becoming toxic/meat grinder.

Is it true that samsara is considered to be a 'boiler room'?

How accurate is the salary on here compared to the job posting? For example the job posting for inbound graduate ADR is saying salary range of 58,000-67,000 OTE (they didnt give a base range in the posting) while on here it says 55,000 base and 80,000 OTE

I interviewed for Samsara a year ago and didnt move forward due the lack of fleet experience. Since then I've coincidentally gained fleet experience but now it looks like the AE role has gotten a bit tougher due to overhiring. Will Samsara make adjustments to their quotas? Do you foresee layoffs?
