Culture wise Samsara is great but I believe they hired too many people. Most ramped AEs aren’t hitting quotas and the current fixed book model is really just a luck of the draw. It’s a great company and they offer terrific perks but compensation and opportunity wise it is below many other companies.

Commercial is an absolute grind. I was told coming in that it would not be what it has turned out to be. Maybe 8 inbound leads and it is all outbounding with really bad accounts.
