Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee When I started here 4 years ago, the culture was amazing. However that has declined every year and the last 2 years have been a sharp decline. This last year has been shocking how bad it has gotten and how stressful. Mental health is at a low point in the company. When I go into the offices, most ppl seem stressed and unhappy. A sharp difference to what I saw 2-3 years ago. The pay is great, however few ppl actually hit quota to make their OTE. The company does this on purpose so that they don't have to pay as much out and they keep higher margins. Leadership has become more focused on micro-managing and PIPing ppl vs trying to help and care about sellers and challenge them to grow. You also never hear them mention the Ohana anymore, which was all about our amazing culture. The Ohana is Dead! Browse Other Reviews
