I really enjoyed my role as a Sales Ops Specialist, but the pay was not enough for the amount of work I did. I wouldn't be able to get to a comfortable pay level likely for another 2 roles, making me feel like I had to jump for a decent pay bump. My overall experience was okay - learned a lot in the beginning but after the layoffs begun, every team was down to 1-2 reps and it became difficult to leverage resources when the company cut ties with some of the tools we were using for prospecting.
