Current Employee3.4Oct 24, 2023Timing, talent, territory. The team you end up on and territory you cover is highly tied to your success. The good news is you can usually make up the difference in working smart and putting in some effort.

Former Employee3.3Aug 10, 2023Overall it is how I expected a big public sales org to behave. Territories are lean, feast or famine, it takes at least a couple of years to get it...when you do you don't want to leave and then get promoted to first line leadership. Overall it's worth joining the company but you need to be prepared for the mental grind.
