There have been a lot of structural changes that have made selling incredibly difficult. A lot of resources have been reduced, territories have continue to shrink and the degree that AEs are micromanaged has become unbearable. Salesforce used to be a gold standard as a sales organization but there doesn't feel to be anything special anymore.

I have been with Salesforce for 5 years. Overall, I am happy working here. My leadership thus far has been great, but I've also heard horror stories from other teams.
