I have been with Salesforce for 6+ years and I have seen the company go downhill over the last years. Barely anyone hits target, but the ones that do earn a lot of money. Culture has become very micromanaging and toxic, without good support to hit target (SEs, customer success, business development). Management brings in little more than anxiety.

It’ll take you years to finally get good accounts, the “wealth” is not spread equally and there is a big disparity between those who have “good” accounts and others.
