I was there for 3 years. promotion is hard if you don't have a good patch or a good manager, which I did not. The sales teams are very cliquey with former SDR's turned BDR's talking to each other behind closed doors

Salesforce is still working for the man but compared to other jobs in sales its better. Working for wall st will always limit your short term upside. Its a long game. Good company for fresh grads to learn the ropes, for more tenured reps, is better to stick with the Core product team, other clouds are simply good to have and your success depends on core-specialist relationship to put you in the deal
