Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I love working for SFDC. I work with people who come from very diverse backgrounds and experiences, and the office is a great environment to work in. I believe in our product because we have solutions that can be tailored to any organization of any size and industry, depending on respective budgets. Very high performance culture which is overall great but can sometimes feel the pressure when leadership is cracking down - quotas are high in my perspective. Lots of noise on various incentives and updates, although that could be any big corporation. No complaints about overall culture as a hybrid employee, however I feel like this is a rather difficult place to sustain your career if you prefer to be fully remote as I hear they're starting to gravitate towards candidates with easy access to an office.
