Leadership is inconsistent; depending on what vertical you fall under, you will be a great or lousy director, affecting your experience working under them. Place has gone to sh*t, especially in Manufacturing. Its all about Territory, Timing, and Talent. Catch a bad break with the first two and your Talent won't be enough to save your gig.

Great company, great culture, great product. Salary and OTE is lower than average. Quota attainment is very challenging and 30-40% hit quota. Can still make good money based on comp plan if you don’t hit quota.
