Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The territory was the make-it-or-break-it aspect. Confusing career navigation options were apparent and promotions were put on hold for the last 24 months. Diluted territories year after year, despite a strong performance. There was constant change in leadership's direction and tons of confusion around the team selling motion. Too many cooks in the kitchen always. Poor choices for managers who would put the pressure only in the last month of the quarter, otherwise there was sense of guidance, direction or support from many tenured managers.
