It's sales so the goal-post always moves but I haven't experienced anything like it here. The product focus changes daily and the metrics that matter (pipegen - down to customer interactions) are more often than not falsified.

My experience has been good. They have unrealistic standards to hit promo and don't seem to try and help people get promoted.
