I was in enablement without a quota but for quota carry roles, it wasn’t unusual to hear of average quota attainment in the 20-30% range. OTE is often met through spiffs not solely through quota attainment but that may have changed in the last year.

It’ll take you years to finally get good accounts, the “wealth” is not spread equally and there is a big disparity between those who have “good” accounts and others.
