Sales operations is a big bureaucracy, DEI initiatives got overwhelming, leadership very political (inside and outside). Loved my teammates. Quotas were heavy and getting heavier, few reps met 100%. Good base but incentive not so much.

Former Employee2.1Jan 18, 2024Overall experience was good, a lot of what they highlight though to attract talent is surface level marketing that starts to fall apart in practice. Layoffs were not very “Ohana”.
