I loved working here for my first 2 years but in the last 18 months the culture has slowly changed for the worst. Great leaders have been replaced by yes men obsessed with boxticking, the strategy is completely scattergun and now there is an atmosphere of fear. Teams i the main are underachieving and theres a toxic environment of celebrating "deals" which everyone knows are luck, impacts further on poor morale. Feels like people are being pushed towards the door in this unsustainable environment

Culture is being re-built after a decline in COVID due to remote status. Manager take is very seriously to have a good working culture among teams. But it varies slightly against teams.
