My overall experience started great, with an awesome culture and leadership team. They restructured at the start of the year, unfortunately, and now it is a deeply micromanaged working environment where leadership only really cares about whose showing up on the dashboard for activity. They also are returning to office 4-5 days a week and have very little for upward trajectory with all of the different positions that they have.

If you love pronouns, PCness and being woker than the wokest of woke, you'll love Salesforce. The level of cringe that I need to put up with week to week is pretty incredible. My soul dies a little each time I step into an All Hands call or weekly team meeting.
