The top reps usually have solid territories and do nothing but license add ons. Salesforce loses so many quality sales reps who actually bring customers from ee to ue but those sales reps have such terrible territories they are forced to leave. It's all luck of the draw for most people when it comes to territories, and if you don't have a good one it's tough.
