This last year has been shocking how bad it has gotten and how stressful. Mental health is at a low point in the company. When I go into the offices, most ppl seem stressed and unhappy. Barely anyone hits target, but the ones that do earn a lot of money. Culture has become very micromanaging and toxic, without good support to hit target (SEs, customer success, business development). Management brings in little more than anxiety.
