Leadership is inconsistent; depending on what vertical you fall under, you will be a great or lousy director, affecting your experience working under them. The in-office policy is four days a week for BDR and is not flexible at all. Managers will ask you to take a sick day if you want to work from home. The base is better than most places, but other than that, the reps hitting their numbers are those who are creating fake pipelines their AEs hand them; it's all optics.

the company did a 180 since layoffs, the culture has become toxic with quotas jumping 60-150% in some cases retroactively... only opportunities to succeed are luck and favoritism. expect 0 back-up from managers although they acknowledge unrealistic expectations

My overall experience was horrible. Constant changes in leadership, unnecessarily aggressive sales tactics and toxic bro culture.
