An amazing sales culture for most of the time I was there. Generally most managers were competent and supportive. Quotas were achievable and the product was well know. Towards the end of my tenure (2022) it was getting increasingly difficult to hit quota and management had changed. Post RIF I have heard things are again moving in the right direction.

Good but ended with being laidoff after 7 years of hitting quota. That should tell you everything you need to know about the current state of the company and culture.
