My overall experience is that Salesforce is a good company but in the midst of a power struggle. After embracing WFH, we are now required to be in 4 days minimum. We have had 3 price hikes in the last calendar year, and we've had a ton of leadership leave. I love Salesforce but definitel.y is scary right now.
