Before taking a role in Salesforce make sure you reach out to someone in that role to see how the market is doing! Your success relies heavily on what territory/ patch you are given.

Current Employee3.7Apr 11, 2024Great company. Happy to work here. That said…. Territory operations have become HORRIBLE at assigning accounts. Fantastic reps they like and who were just promoted will get an awful patch with no ability to make no money based on who they can sell to. Inexperienced reps who are hard to work with will get an unreal patch and make $$$. It’s almost like it’s 90% luck.
