Excellent organization to start or end your career in sales. However, there is very little opportunity between SMB and Enterprise levels. Territory luck is 99% of hitting your number. Data quality is a major problem company-wide. You may get a list of accounts where 25% are duplicates or have been out of business for years.

Very high pressure. Leadership became a different beast end of year. Those who enjoy performing a song and dance will do well. Being ‘on’ 24/7 and having work as an identity wasn’t for me. Although leadership says they ‘trust’ you, ALWAYS keep accounts of what you do, actions taken, internal individuals you direct.

12 years there, strong overall experience but over the last few years the market was getting saturated and leadership was getting more unrealistic and frantic with expectations and demands
