Very high pressure. Leadership became a different beast end of year. Those who enjoy performing a song and dance will do well. Being ‘on’ 24/7 and having work as an identity wasn’t for me. Although leadership says they ‘trust’ you, ALWAYS keep accounts of what you do, actions taken, internal individuals you direct.

Stay away from Slack. It is a sinking ship. Low quota attainment and cannot compete with MS Teams
