Very political. Lot of ego in the leadership team. There are good leaders in pockets but overall my takeaway is that the legacy Salesforce who have moved into our org are looking at Tableau as a stepping stone to something bigger. The passion and mission driven approach from legacy Tableau is all but dead.

Mixed. Very high pressure, and a bit like sitting at a blackjack table. You might have an amazing year depending on your territory, but could also have a horrible year. Most stressful place I've worked at, but overall okay experience, good for the resume.
