Current Employee2.7May 24, 2024Great company and great resume builder. Fanstatic team members as well
Current Employee2.1Aug 29, 2023My overall experience was overly stressful, no guidance whatsoever and a very unsafe environment to work in. You were encouraged to backstab your coworkers, take territory. I heard a lot of empty promises when I joined, none of which were met and I felt fooled after joining. I would not recommend this role to anyone.

Current Employee2.6Jan 2, 2024Very political. Lot of ego in the leadership team. There are good leaders in pockets but overall my takeaway is that the legacy Salesforce who have moved into our org are looking at Tableau as a stepping stone to something bigger. The passion and mission driven approach from legacy Tableau is all but dead.

Current Employee3.7Dec 12, 2023I have been with Salesforce for 6+ years and I have seen the company go downhill over the last years. Barely anyone hits target, but the ones that do earn a lot of money. Culture has become very micromanaging and toxic, without good support to hit target (SEs, customer success, business development). Management brings in little more than anxiety.
