Current Employee4.1Feb 3, 2024Overall, very positive experience at Salesforce. Love the company and culture of performance. Leadership is tough on, but fully backs the sales team. Compensation is at times unclear in commission plans. Spiffs are common. Development is consistent. One of the best sales orgs.
