Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Unrealistic quotas and a culture of constant criticism of the people doing the elk by the people watching the people doing the work. 1 person on the team came close to quota in FY24. There’s a new internal stack ranking initiative called “high performance culture” which has essentially destroyed mural and makes Salesforce an environment which is unsustainable for people unwilling to sacrifice their integrity for a deal. Other than that, base compensation is very generous.
